Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding any gold, silver, gemstones, or other materials submitted for transformation. Kawn is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weaknesses, or imperfections in materials supplied by the client.
4. Design Approval
A design concept will be shared for approval before production begins. Once approved, any significant design changes may result in additional fees and extended production timelines.
5. Production Timelines
Estimated production timelines will be communicated during the design process. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to craftsmanship requirements, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment must be received before the final piece is delivered or collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced. Any concerns regarding workmanship should be communicated within seven days of receiving the piece.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, branding, and content on this website remain the property of Kawn and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kawn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
